TD Bank Dodd Frank Regulatory Reporting, Release Management
Created a predictable and dependable release practice that increased change execution while reducing release frequency tenfold from an ad hoc 1:1 to a regular 1:10 release/change ratio.
First Niagara Bank Mergers & Acquisitions, Test
Developed a unified process model implementing phase gates, peer reviews, code reviews, design reviews, static testing and quality assessments reducing defects 70%. Reduced defects going into production by 92% saving $1.2 million in operational expenses. Reduced IT testing spend by 14% while increasing test coverage dramatically.
